"F" is for "fin...finis...finished...

So, what did I take from Peru? Tangible items? Well, the picture frame, 2 coffee mugs as well as some delicious coffee, a hand painted wooden plate, a small water colour, some silver, and of course alpaca sox, scarves, mitts and touques and a poncho...oh, I'm in love with my poncho. I wore a poncho throughout my entire teen years and I've never been able to find another that I liked until now.
The ceramic dish I bought on one of the floating islands of Uros.

The wooden plate was purchased at a craft market in Agua Callinetes.

The little water colour is called "The Gossiping Ladies". It's a common theme in Peruvian art, it's generally a group of three or more women, always showing their backs.

Anyhow, as far as souvenir shopping, that's about it. I tried to get something g sort of indicative of each area, but mostly I took photographs.

But what did I really bring back? Memories, of course, and a desire to return.
