Victoria raises money in all sorts of interesting ways. This year, people are able to sponser a bear and paint it in any way they chose, then they will all be auctioned off in October. You find these bears scattered through the city and I came across them through the course of the day and I took pictures of as many as I could find. Some are incredibly beautiful.
