River fishing opened today and Steven was off like a shot. They caught 11 nice bullies, (not the ones that annoy your kids at school, but the kind with gills) The picture below was one of the smaller ones. Gypsy has apparently does not remember ever seeing a fish up close before as she was quite confused and not sure what it was going to do to her.
I don't eat these sort of fish, but our wonderful old 82 year old neighbour adores them, and he was thrilled to pieces to have it delivered to him at supper time!
