Just a picture of our house, and my "flower garden". Don't laugh, for someone who has never planted a flower seed before, I am rather proud of my sunflowers. However, what do I do with them come winter? Pull them out? Cut them back? Anyone? Anyone?

With winters like you have you are gonna have to pull em out girlfriend! But they are gorgeous, you done good! Try harvesting some seeds, roast and eat. I grew some big ones this summer as well, but even here in sunny C they are annuals and will need to be pulled, they just shrivel and die after blooming/seeding. Mine 'might' reseed if I leave a "head in the bed", with the warmer winters we have here. Don't know if we'll be here next summer for me to find out tho.
