You can see little twigs and bits of debris on the ice. There is still a few open spots for the ducks to paddle around in, but I think they should be heading to the warm south (Lynn..maybe to your area!) pretty darn soon!
Some have already arrived Shannon! The resort we stayed at this past week in San Diego had a bunch of these little fellas swimming all over the ponds and streams on the property (the TRUE "Snowbirds"... at the Duty Free Store we called the Canuck RV-ers returning to BC after a winter in CA or AZ "The Snowbirds")
